At Reilly & Sons, we take pride in the quality of our artisanal food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our goods, we can only accept returns or provide refunds for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for any compromised products.

Our quality assurance department will review your submission within 24 hours to verify the issue and approve the return or replacement.
Disposal or Return
In most cases involving perishables, we will ask you to dispose of the item; however, for non-perishable pantry goods, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Refund Processing
Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, or a replacement shipment will be prioritized.
